Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate Encourage Community Support of Local Food Banks, Soup Kitchens and Pantries through ‘Season of Giving’ Initiative

As Food Insecurity Issues Grow, The Randall Family of Companies will Donate $40,000 to Regional Food Banks, Soup Kitchens and Pantries in MA, CT and RI

Guilford, CT – December 14, 2020 – Randall, Realtors and Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies is honored to launch its ‘Season of Giving’ program aimed at providing help to those in need through community support of local food banks, soup kitchens and pantries.

To that end, The Randall Family of Companies will donate $40,000 to local food banks and pantries in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Randall Realtors along with Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate will donate to organizations in Rhode Island and Connecticut, and Kinlin Grover Real Estate will donate to those in Massachusetts.

“As we enter the holiday season, so many in our community are struggling and local food banks and pantries are unfortunately serving more families than ever,” said Doug Randall, CEO of Randall, Realtors, Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate and The Randall Family of Companies. “As part of our Season of Giving, we’ve pledged forty thousand dollars to organizations in the three states in which we do business, and we encourage those who can, to also help these organizations feed our neighbors in need.” 

In Rhode Island, benefitting organizations include: Jonnycake Center for HopeRICAN Rhode Island Center Assisting Those in Need); and Jonny Cake Center of Westerly. In Connecticut, organizations include: Saint Vincent De Paul PlacePawcatuck Neighborhood Center Food PantryGuilford Food Bank; and Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries.

Members of the community can make an online donation to any of the organizations listed above or can find their local food banks and pantries in Connecticut.
