Guilford, CT – December xx, 2019 – Page Taft Christie’s International Real Estate’s Executive Vice President, Broker and Branch Manager Karen Stephens was recently appointed to the New England Region of the Residential Real Estate Councils’ 2020 Leadership Team at an installation and holiday luncheon hosted at the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, Massachusetts.
The Residential Real Estate Council is the leading education and networking organization for real estate agents. It awards the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training and demonstrate outstanding achievement in the industry. Only 3% of real estate agents across the nation have the designation.
Stephens, who currently oversees the operations of Page Taft’s Guilford, Madison and Essex offices, has nearly 20 years of relevant real estate experience. In 2000, her sales career began at Page Taft’s Guilford office, and she went on to take over the leadership of the company in 2005.

Stephens, a current resident of Guilford for twenty years, is a member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, a member and past president of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, a member and past president of the Council of Residential Specialists, a board member and past president of the Middlesex Association of Realtors, a board member and past president of the Women and Family Life Center and sits on the board of directors for the Guilford Interfaith Housing Corporation.
